Hey y'all
Once again, I would like to thank you all for showing up, today was great, you guys rock!
The meeting was attended by 24 LGBs and lasted from 6:00 to 7:30.
Some of the attendees shared with the group their phases of self-discovery, some talked about how painful it was to finally accept themselves, others talked about how surprisingly smooth it went for them.
Everyone has different experiences, but one thing remains in common. We are all being forced to hide behind masks, whether before our parents, friends, or coworkers.
7aki elo ta3meh is a place where those masks dissolve, and the other is our mirror. I encourage everyone to show up and to speak up, if you believe you are not ready, you are more than welcome to come and listen to others' experiences. They are these little conversations that make the bigger change in one's heart.
Again, thanks everyone for coming, and we hope to see you next week.
We will be continuing our discussion about Self-discovery.
Friday 29th of April at 5:45. Same place.
PS, Please guys, try to be there on time, we will be starting at 5:50 pm sharp. So please be there 5 minutes early so that no interruptions will occur for any speaker.

1st meeting...
Hey guys,
First I would like to thank you all for coming tonight, I believe it was great having been able to meet and talk, and I hope later on we will be able to cover as much topics as possible.
I believe today's meeting was a major success, and it's comforting knowing that we’re on the right track.
The meeting was attended by 16 LGBs, and was introductory. Each talked briefly about themselves, and the group set a few minor aims for future reference.
We proposed a few topics we would like to discuss, among those are: Sharing experiences, self-discovery, love/dating, marriage, stereotype, "cures", homophobia, music, books, movies, bisexuality/self identity… and many, many others…
The meeting took about an hour, we were a bit short on time, but in the times to come, it would most likely take more. It concluded with us deciding to meet again next week, same place, same time.
We will be discussing Self-discovery.
Next meeting: Friday 23rd of April 2010 at 6:00pm
Place: Same place, if you're new, contact the email below for directions or any further information.
Unwritten.life@hotmail.com
And please guys, try to make it on time, if you can come earlier just to chill before the discussion, feel free :)
Cheers y'all.

7aki elo ta3meh discussions
'7aki elo ta3meh' is a weekly discussion group for young LGTBs, where they gather and talk about everything, from daily life, to movies, to books to sexual awareness, to personal problems.
Its purpose is to provide a community for young LGTBs to actually communicate on the mental and emotional levels.
Against the stereotype of homosexuality being an excuse for excessive sexual activities, alcoholism or drug addictions, these meetings would actually prove that LGTBs can gather, and not have sex; that they would be meeting for the joy of having someone to actually communicate with, rather than trying to hook up.
The discussions will start this Friday, 16th of April at 6:00 pm
For information about the place the discussions will be held, or any other info, please contact:
